Arguably one of the most incredible battle sequences in recent film history is the Battle of Helm’s Deep, the climactic battle at the end of Peter Jackson’s The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers.
In the movie, the riders of Rohan team up with the Elves to hold off the evil wizard Saruman’s 10,000 Uruk-hai. But if the Battle of Helm’s Deep were to take place in Fallout 4, it would be the Brotherhood of Steel teaming up with the Minutemen to 10,000 super mutants and super mutant behemoths. And this is not a hypothetical either. We can watch it right now.
YouTuber Cosmic Contrarian has been hard at work creating crazy Fallout 4 battles for our viewing pleasure and has just recently released his interpretation of the Battle of Helm’s deep. Cosmic Contrarian began by building the iconic keep, no small feat considering the scale, and then proceeded unleash an army of bad guys. The result is an almost picture perfect reenactment of the iconic battle sequence. The only thing that’s missing is comic relief from John Rhys-Davies as Gimli.
Can the outnumbered Brotherhood of Steel and Minutemen forces hold strong against the 10 thousand super mutants storming the keep? Watch below and find out.

Off the top of my head, I’d really like to see the battle of Hogwarts recreated in Fallout 4. However, asking someone to build Hogwarts in Fallout 4 might be too tall of an order…
