Confirmed: Project Scorpio on Schedule

Big boss at Xbox confirms Project Scorpio schedule “looks very good.”

Set to release Holiday 2017, Microsoft has been fairly tight-lipped about its newest console, Project Scorpio. While an official release date as yet to be announced, fans were given a glimmer of hope this weekend.

When asked if there was any delay in Scorpio’s intended release for the end of this year, head of Xbox Phil Spencer confirmed on Twitter this weekend that the schedule “looks very good” and has “no issues.”

More to Come at E3

Little is known about Project Scorpio besides its specs revealed last month. Eager fans can expect a lot more about Scorpio to be revealed during Microsoft’s E3 briefing in June, including a potential release date.
