Besiege is a physics based building game where players construct medieval machines to accomplish tasks such as
getting something from point A to point B, getting an object to a marker and, best of all, destroying things and
decimating armies.

Each level in the game has an unlimited number of solutions, you could built a catapult to destroy a windmill, or
you could just fly a plane right into it, or build a wall of cannons. Besiege features 55 blocks for you to use,
ranging from a simple wheel, to a giant flaming ball.

While 55 blocks might not seem like a lot at first to some, people have created amazing things with them, like an excavator , a looping train , giant box able to complete all of island 1 or an engine powered by a giant flaming ball and a sawblade
(appropriately called a chaos engine).

People have created amazing things with them, like an excavator

Creating aerial machines is a bit of a challenge, with most of the challenge coming from controlling it.
Although that does prove that the physics are quite advanced, as you must pay attention to the center of mass if
you want to get something that can take off and fly for more than 10 seconds.

Despite being fairly accurate, the physics involved sometimes act really strange. For example the previously
mentioned chaos engine, where a heavy object generates a lot of force when spun, or the paradox engine, a
perpetual motion engine powered by sliders.

All in all, Besiege is a great machine building game where you can create almost anything (as the community has
shown us),
