2. We Happy Few
They say ignorance is bliss, but no one ever told us it was mandatory. In this delightful game full of somewhat terrible people, every citizen of this dreadful English city circa 1964 is in a drugged-out haze, believing they’re living in a sparkling utopia.
Player’s will have to blend in with the inhabitants of this retro-futuristic city and play by their odd rules to avoid detection and continue fighting this world filled with joy-obsessed junkies.
Compulsion Games put We Happy Few on the Xbox preview program already, but the game’s full release is slated for April 13, 2018.
So, stop taking your medication and start beating some sense into these delusional, overjoyed freaks.
1. Sea of Thieves
Easily one of the most anticipated titles coming this year, Xbox One console exclusive Sea of Thieves saw nearly 300,000 players in the open beta by its end. With plenty of sea to sail and grog to drink, it’s time to quit your day job and take up the life of a pirate.
Join up with a crew of scurvy cutthroats, a.k.a. your friends or random other players, and take to the high seas in a first-person experience brimming with enticing features. Using the stars as a map instead of your compass or actual map, having to bucket water out of your ship when you decide circumnavigating the storm would just take way too long, throwing your fellow mates into the brig, and fighting skeletons for treasure on the various islands of the game, are just a few of the many fun activities you’ll dip your peg-leg into. Now, you could sail alone, but then who would get to hear your drunken sea shanties?
Throw every scrap of duck on the wind and set sail for adventure when Sea of Thieves launches on March 20, 2018.
